CHOOSING THE CORRECT HELMET SIZE: Helmet fit is critical to helmet protective performance. The correct helmet size can only be checked and confirmed by physically fitting the helmet to the user. Always try the helmet on in a store, before purchasing it, to be sure you are purchasing the correct sized helmet for you. HEAD MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Wrap a flexible tape measure around your head approximately one inch above the eyebrows and ears. Use this measurement (in either inches or centimeters) to find your helmet size. HELMET SIZING INFORMATION: To achieve proper helmet fitment, begin by finding your head circumference size using the method described. Remember that the helmet size you choose should fit around the crown of your head comfortably with no pressure points. The cheekpads should fit firmly around your face. Once your chin strap is fastened, grab the chin bar of the helmet and move it side to side. Your cheeks should move with the helmet, which should not slide across your face. Different thickness cheekpads can be purchased to obtain the best fit.

Excellent jacket, great fit. Just wish it came with level 2 armor!

It’s a worthwhile investment. Little longer than my other jackets which is nice. If only it had Level 2 armor….on back order for another $125 or so I guess

The HJC i31 helmet was a good choice for me as I updated from another HJC open face helmet that was over 5 years old. Like the last helmet, this one is comfortable and has features and styling that I like a lot.

best helmet i own. definitely worth the premium cost.

so it turns out the expensive helmets actually are better. my previous helmet is a Bell Bullitt Carbon and it clearly prioritized retro styling over comfort. it is unusable with speakers and the ventilation is almost nonexistent. i didn't think the ventilation was that bad until i tried the Corsair X. wow, you can actually feel the breeze inside the helmet, drying the sweat off my lips and forehead. and with little to no wind noise! incredible helmet. super comfortable. if you live in a hot climate (i'm in Houston), the extra cooling alone is worth the price premium over whatever other helmet you're considering.
