Cancellation Policy

If you decide you want to cancel your order, please let me know ASAP. You can call or text me, T.R. Catanese, at 805-907-8811. There is limited time from when you place the order on my site to when our distributors allow us to cancel the order. In most cases, this time limit is 5 minutes after you have placed the order. Even though you don't have tracking yet, on my end I have already submitted your order and the distributor has begun working on it. In most cases, too much time has passed and we can't cancel the order. In that case, once you receive the item, you can request a return to ship it back to us. Please DO NOT refuse an order with UPS or Fedex. This charges us up to a $75 refusal fee and is more expensive and a slower process for you to get a refund then simply returning it to us. 


Pre-orders

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

 
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a return for a full refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
