Shipping policy
Most orders ship same day or the following business day. There are multiple distributor warehouses throughout the United States that our orders ship from. In most cases, orders are received with 2-3 business days from when they are placed because of the close proximity of these warehouses to you. If you ordered multiple items from us, each item may come from a different warehouse and you will get separate tracking for each one.ย
We use UPS, Fedex, and occasionally USPS to ship your orders. Sometimes a package will ship directly from us and other times it will ship directly from the distributors warehouse. The fastest method to get the item to you will always be chosen by us. All items over $50 ship for free from us! Please note that some items in value over $500 will have a signature required by the distributor.ย

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or text containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. The shipments get loaded into large 18 wheeler trailers on pallets and so they don't get scanned right away. They get picked up and taken to a hub where they get unloaded and then scanned. So if you get tracking in the afternoon, it may not get a scan until almost midnight that day. This is normal and how UPS and Fedex handle their packages. Rest assured if I emailed/texted you a tracking number, it's valid. Thanks!
