Helmet was received in like new condition. All accessories and manuals were included. Other than a delay in shipping, overall experience was positive. Even though the delay was not the fault of Motor Psycho Sport , they offered me a $50 refund. The customer service was above and beyond. I found a used SHOEI 1400 Helmet at a great Discount and used their chat feature to ask about the Year of Manufacture, I very quickly got a response that it was of year and confirmed my purchase. After opening the box I found out it was in Brand New condition (even had the original packaging smell) and came with an Extra Pin Lock. 10/10, will buy from them again.

More quiet than expected.

Set the volume on my phone as I did with my previous helmet and had to turn it way down on the new Shoei. I had hoped it would be noticeably quieter but am blown away at the difference. Could not be happier!
