Nice upgrade coming from tech 7s

After using tech 7s for 4 years I was ready for an upgrade. Tried tech 10s but found them too uncomfortable and stiff, and annoying to put on and off.
Sg12 was my next choice and it was love at first ride.

The owner of the company corresponded directly with me via text, and arranged the exchange so our son had his new helmet within a short time. There was no shipping costs for the exchange, and the new helmet fit perfectly.
