Excellent customer service

In my opinion, this is my first experience with this company, and I am unsure of how long it has been. I would highly recommend their excellent customer service, as an actual person answers the phone. This alone is unheard of these days. We made an error with our order approximately 40 minutes after placing it, and they promptly resolved the issue. I am very impressed with their service and will definitely purchase from them again. I would also be happy to recommend them to others.

Helmets can be crazy expensive so I watch for “open box” etc deals. I was so glad they had this helmet and in my size. I saved quite a bit of money.
