I can't recommend Motor Psycho Sports enough! We ordered a helmet as a gift for our son. It arrived in perfect condition in a few days. It was too large, so we needed an exchange. The owner of the company corresponded directly with me via text, and arranged the exchange so our son had his new helmet within a short time. There was no shipping costs for the exchange, and the new helmet fit perfectly. Excellent service and customer concern reply. Website needs to disclose shipping options to avoid confusion and proper addressing of shipments. In rural areas Fed Ex drivers are contract drivers so you never get the same one twice. They tend to mis-deliver or take extra time trying to figure out recipient location. Conversely all UPS drivers are route assigned/bid drivers and have thorough area knowledge. Thanks again!
