The helmet was an open box item and when I opened it, you couldn't tell is was any different than a brand new unopened item. Very pleased in the experience. UPS had their issues but not the retailers fault at all.

In my opinion, this is my first experience with this company, and I am unsure of how long it has been. I would highly recommend their excellent customer service, as an actual person answers the phone. This alone is unheard of these days. We made an error with our order approximately 40 minutes after placing it, and they promptly resolved the issue. I am very impressed with their service and will definitely purchase from them again.
